My early interests were in aviation; I wanted to design and build planes; flying was a passion for me. Along came an invitation to join the Army; I could not and would not refuse it. After spending time in faraway places my plans changed when brought back home. A business education with emphasis in accounting was the road that followed. Early in my career I was involved in finance and then came a switch to real estate. That has been a long and enjoyable flight for me. Having worked commercial real estate at first, the appeal of working with people directed my attention to residential real estate. During that time, teaching real estate to licensure candidates brought me added satisfaction. Always, the team builder in me was thinking how to teach better. That latter effort led me to valuation work, which was a fantastic tool for helping agents in my team gain thorough understanding of the markets they labored in. The thirst for innovation drove me to developing software and methods to efficiently value property; a team that understood real estate values grew around me. Today, with that experience, we are rethinking real estate; our emphasis is on bringing valuable, no cost, no obligation information to sellers and buyers. As a team, aided by tools to correctly capture and convey that information to clients, we seek to help them arrive at a meeting of the minds with cost savings and convenience they can select from a menu of options. In many ways, flying is still a passion that now is applied to real estate.
